Walker Parking Study, 2001

In 2001 the City of Northfield conducted a study of downtown parking needs. The study was conducted by Walker Parking Consultants and was presented to the City Council in July 2001. Below is the executive summary and complete report, broken into three parts since the scanned original document is nearly 20 MB.
